The ATD Letter provides digital products, educational resources, and consulting services designed to help individuals build discipline, sovereignty, and long-term success.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- PDF Guides
- Ebooks
- Digital Downloads
- Templates
- Checklists
- Courses
- Educational Resources
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not typically offered after purchase.
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Consultation Services
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced a payment processing error, please contact us immediately.
Verified billing errors will be corrected as quickly as possible.
Bitcoin Payments
Payments made through Bitcoin or Lightning Network are generally irreversible.
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued in Bitcoin based on the original amount received.
Network fees associated with Bitcoin transactions may not be refundable.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under circumstances including:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved
- Incorrect product delivery
- Verified payment processing errors
Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of The ATD Letter.
