I’m diving into my end-of-the-month ritual: fasting. Nothing fancy just water, fresh lemon, and a pinch of “NoSalt” for potassium. That’s it.

This clears distractions, sharpens my focus, and locks me in for the month ahead. I’ll still be training over the next three days, but fasting keeps me balanced without needing meals.
Alignment. Clarity. Discipline. That’s the real fuel.
