I wake up when I want, but always before my family, usually around 6 AM. It’s my time—quiet, peaceful, just me and my thoughts. I start with prayer, meditation, and journaling, setting the tone for the day mentally and spiritually. After that, I read for a bit and get a solid workout in to get my body moving. By 7:30, I’m in the shower, and by the time I’m out, it’s time to wake my wife. We step out onto the deck of our beachfront home, coffee in hand, listening to the waves crash. The fresh breeze from the open-concept house flows through, filling the space with tranquility. Around 8:30, the kids wake up, and we all sit down for breakfast together—just another moment to share and connect as a family before the day takes off.

By 9:00 AM, I check on my accounts, monitor my trades, and see how the markets are doing. It’s a simple task, but one that keeps the passive income rolling in. A little after that, around 10:30, it’s time for business. Meetings are brief but impactful, covering operations for my gym and real estate ventures. I’ve built these businesses to run smoothly without demanding too much of my time. I work no more than 4-6 hours a day, five days a week, focusing on what matters, not just busywork. By noon, I’m wrapping up the heavy lifting for the day, and we break for lunch as a family, either at home or out exploring.

Afternoons are reserved for creating content—whether it’s writing my newsletter, recording for ATD Chronicles, or generating leads in real estate. This part of my day is where the creativity flows, and I work to hit my income goal of no less than $400k, all while helping others chase their dreams. And by 4 PM, I’m done with the “work.” The rest of the day is dedicated to family. We travel, spend time together, and share in the key moments that matter most. Life is balanced, filled with purpose, and everything flows naturally. We live in beautiful places, drive blacked-out rides, and move with a sense of freedom that comes from engineering a life focused on health, wealth, and spirit.
