My name Is Drew.

I’d like to say thanks for taking the time to get to know me better.
I’m a father of three amazing kids.
I’m from Cleveland, Ohio, but I currently live in a suburb outside of Atlanta.
This is the start of the Attack The Day With Focus Newsletter ( ATDWF, or AF).
Where I send out on a random day until I figure out a routine 😉.

My number one priority is a relationship with God and Self.
I can be a bit long winded. 😂
I enjoy deep diving into all sorts of topics,
I’ve coined myself( after long and countless edits )

What this means is I’m going to focus all my efforts to help and speak to the past version of myself.
I want to help Fathers, Men and anyone who can find some connection in my experiences.
I remember a time when I was focused, driven down right lethal in my execution. Anything I put my mind to, I handled with relentless pursuit.
About 8 years ago, I ended up spiraling in over my head in business , unhappy in my marriage and just sick of being a dad.
I cried out looking for answers everywhere. You can probably already see-
I was lost and all over the place. But once I asked for help the answer was right there in front of me the whole time. It was already inside of me. A passion building up inside of me for 20 years to help people.
I decided after being in a mental prison ( The Matrix).
I’ve had bouts of depression, stress, anxiety ,ptsd, while trying to find my purpose.
I was drowning and searching for help. (Mental health facilities, every guru on the internet, self help books , friends family and finally God).
I had the push I needed.
I Detoxed for about 2 years.
I cut out meat, went plant based, limited media consumption.
I went full Modern Monk Mode (3M).
My upgrade was unlocked.
This journey has and will take you to another frequency.

To overcome any obstacle you need tools and resources. Often coming in all forms, but they must be trusted and have proven solutions.
If you’re like me and I did this marketing thing right. You should be:
- A Man
- Leader
- Self starter
- Entrepreneur
- 30 something
- A Family man
- Former athlete
- Soldier or Veteran
- Like Fast & Furious Movies( But Only before Furious 8 because we all know they should have stopped there).This probably the most important characteristic but don’t worry we can work on it .
Your life needs meaning, a deep rooted WHY.
If you don’t have purpose, life goals, the truth is…. You have no life
Focusing on my priorities is an essential core value, to keep me grounded and continue the battle daily.
This is How I coined the phrase.
