To Get Something You’ve Never Had Before You Must Be Willing To Do Something You Have Never Done Before
Many people notice that they go through periods of their life when it is difficult and almost impossible to make any progress in regards to size or strength. In these periods it is important to keep your nose down and diagnose the issues which may be causing your progress to stall! Here are a few possible ways to make some gains in this plateaus of your training.
Do not be afraid to try new things
If you want to take your physique to a place it has never been before, you will need to be able to do things that you have never done before. Whether this means adding a meal every day, or training more frequently, you have to understand that the body will need new stimulus in order to experience new growth. Do not be afraid to leave your comfort zone a bit!
Keep your diet clean
A lot of people lose motivation when they hit a plateau and start to cheat on the diet and miss meals because they do not think that they will be able to make progress even on an appropriate diet. Do not stray from your consistency and understand that oftentimes the body simply needs to re-acclimate itself to its new size and will grow again soon!

We have all been at the point where we are super motivated about training, but sometimes this motivation fades away when gains start to slow down. Find ways to keep the flame lit inside you, either by writing your goals down physically on a piece of paper, training with a new training partner, or looking at old photographs of yourself!
