
People always ask me what i eat. I keep it simple there is no need to make things all complicated. I eat the same things everybody else does 🍗🍖🍝🍛🍤 but I cook season and eat at specific times🕑. That’s the key 🔑when you know when to eat it how and why. These are the recipes for success after the gym. Just killed legs 😵😲 today feeling like a straight noodle. Today and everyday that I attack my legs I eat steak usually between 200- 250 gram 💯immediately following a workout and then once again before bed. In order to fuel any goal nutrition is key.
