Why do we do it, why do we subject ourselves to the torment of eating dry tuna out the can? I have been asked this countless times, and my response is always the same. “It doesn’t taste dry to me” or “I got to do what i have to, too reach my goals”
I’m always given that blank stare as if there is something wrong with me. When it comes to fitness, bodybuilding, cross fit or triathlons. Tuna is the universal source of protein for many. Ask any health fanatic or athlete elite, tuna is all you need if you cant get any other source of protein. Hey lets face it its a better source of protein than a hamburger from McDonald’s. I mean lets face it with today’s fast paced lifestyle we as Americans are faced with pitfalls at every turn, when pursuing something fitness related. You have to pick up kids, make doctors appointments, blah blah blah. Sometimes you just don’t have time to sit down and eat anything else.
