So I was faced at the dilemma of bit reaching my target macros regularly. Countless days went by where I was just shy of 20 or 30 grams of protein , carbs but never fats of course lol. But I decided like I always do that wasn’t acceptable. So I began analyzing the fatal flaw in my nutrition. I made two small changes I increased two of my meals (macronutrients ) and added a snack so I still kept my six- seven meal a day. Now by doing this I have decreased my stress which we all know to be bad for muscle building. Okay gotta prep for tonight second shoulder workout. Cityboymuscle out
